Description

Project 820 is a 1,443 sq foot duplex. This project was a pre-sold, which gave us the opportunity to work closely with the client. It was a great project to see come to life with the selections that the client had made. We enjoyed working closely together to make her vision become reality. We started this one in October of 2021 and completed by April 2022, for a spring possession date. This homes includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with the optional secondary suite entrance.
